Hi

Is the BSOD only happened for one time or are you still getting blue screens ?. If it is a one time incident, you can safely ignore as occasional blue screens can be happened in any Windows machine. Otherwise, please zip and upload all the crash dump files located inside C:\Windows\Minidump folder (.dmp files) with next reply.

Hi

First disable "User Account Control" and reboot the system.

Now copy all the files inside "C:\Windows\Minidump" folder and zip them.  You can use "More reply options --> Attach files" to attach the zip file with next reply. If the file size is bigger than 512KB , please use a free file hosting service like http://www.mediafire.com/.

Also, download and run "Minitoolbox" from the below link.

http://www.bleepingcomputer.com/download/minitoolbox/

Run the tool and only select the following tick boxes.

List last 10 Event viewer errors
List installed program
List users, partition and memory size
List Minidumps

Now click "Go" and post the output displayed in next reply.
