I am looking for a Custom computer but have ne experience building one myself. I found this on Ebay and wanted someopne with more experience to see if it looks like a good setup or if there are some possible conflicting components. http://www.ebay.com/itm/Custom-gaming-PC-AMD-A8-3870K-quad-core-3GHz-CPU-16-GB-Mem-1866MHz-1TB-Disk-/251386970024?pt=Desktop_PCs&hash=item3a87d4bfa8. Feedback is appreciated.

I am also thinking of buying a barebones computer where all the important stuff is already installed and I just need to add a HDD, OS and RAM all of which I have and can install myself.

That looks like a fairly old system, FM1 and Llano CPU's have been replaced by FM2 and Trinity/Richland CPU's.  What will you be using this PC for?

I'd say aim for an FM2 system with a fast A8 or A10 processor, that should be enough.  If you were video editing or doing any graphical work with 3D models, an FX system would be suggested.
