The Microsoft site did not have clear directions for me so here is the simple eleven-step process to get there in Windows 8.1 pro

1.  Mouse to the bottom right of the screen

2.  Click "Settings"

3.  Click "Change PC Settings"

4.  Click "Update and Recovery"

5.  Click "Recover"

6.  Click "Advanced Startup"

7.  Click "Troubleshoot"

8.  Click "Advanced Options"

9.  Click "Startup Settings"

10. Click "Restart"

11.  When the startup options appear, select the number 4
