OS:
Windows XP Professional (Build 2600.xpsp_sp2_gdr.050301-1519 SP2)

User names aren't listing in my task manager, also I'd like to mention sometimes my windows settings aren't being saved as a side affect to this.

The only possible explanations I can come up with is that the CD emulating application "PowerISO" is causing this, or that one of my group policy/services tweaks might have.

If any other information is needed, ask away.

Thanks for posting the fix. I did a search for this yesterday but couldn't come up with anything.
