I've been getting the error: svchost.exe - Application Error - the instruction at "0x8bec4589" referenced memory at ""0x8bec4589". The memory could not be "written".

Pretty sure this is a result of a '12 yr old with sticky fingers' visit yesterday:

I would like to check my understanding. I should press Alt and F4 once I click 'install'?

No that is my signature your browser will close if you press alt and f4...

Just go to the link and follow the instructions and upload your dump files here.

This is a bluescreen issue correct?

No bluescreen.

The error appears randomly after I login after shutting down.

I'll have to run this when I get back in a couple of hours. In the interim, I ran in to an additional issue last night which may or may not offer some info.

"Generic Host process for Win32 encountered an error...."

I'll return -- thanks for sticking with me.

First of all, I couldn't save the adw to my desktop, but I ran it and saw the resulting log which closed on me. I found the app again and the results were:
