anyone have any ideals on how to remove this file,,, I have tried all the conventional   removing tools and it says it deletes them but when I close the window and open it again the folder is right back!

how do I delete this when it says its in use???

I can't open it to find out where it is in use either!!!

It would be a good idea to scan for malware either using your current AV or MBAM http://www.bleepingcomputer.com/download/malwarebytes-anti-malware/

You could also try System Restore to a point prior to when you noticed this issue.

Good Luck
