I've been having problems where my pc will load up untill the passwords for the individual accounts, but then the desktops will only load the color behind the desktop picture- Is it a setting problem? Do I need to do something spacific to fix it? Or does my computer have some sort of virus?

Please can I get help?

Thank you!
