After the payment was verified the decryption started. There was a message that said not to turn the computer off and not to disconnect the Internet, but our power went off and the computer restarted. Norton Antivirus caught the virus and the decryption did not resume. We selected restore the files option in the antivirus, but it was still giving the message Cryptolocker found and it was showing it even after we stopped protection. We called Norton Support and asked them if they could help us restore the Cryptolocker files. They told us to delete Norton. We deleted it, but decryption did not resume. There is a file on the desktop that says PRIVATE KEY. Is there a way we can decrypt the rest of the files? Thank you for any help of advice.
