Could someone please help this BSOD error already happen to me twice already I don't know why this happens..

Your issue seems to be caused by "MotioninJoy" driver.

This peace of crap is a known BSOD causer for years. Please follow the below steps.

 

1. Plug your PS3 controller and follow instructions from the below link to uninstall "MotioninJoy" .

2. Unplug the controller and reboot system in to "Safe mode". Check whether there is MijXfilt.sys inside "C:\WIndows\System32\Drivers" folder. If yes, delete it and reboot the machine.

 

3.Uninstall or update the below drivers.

 

tap0901.sys                 Wed Jan 21 22:25:45 2009 (49775391)
TAP-Win32 Adapter V9 or OpenVPN driver

If no "Windows 8" compatible update available, remove it.
