:welcome: to the forum.

Your issue seems to be probably caused by "Internet Download Manager".

Please uninstall IDM as a test and let us know how the system works.

Hi

New crash dump is graphic driver related.

BugCheck 1000007E, {ffffffffc0000005, fffff80001fe444a, ffffd000209b06f8, ffffd000209aff00}

Probably caused by : nvlddmkm.sys ( nvlddmkm+50244a )

You need to downgrade the driver to a WHQL version.

1. Please uninstall the current Nvidia driver and all of it's components (3D Vision , Physx etc) completely from the system.

2.Then use based "Intel Driver update Utility" and install any driver updates it offers.

    http://www.intel.com/p/en_US/support/detect

3. Download and install the below version of Nvidia driver.

    http://www.nvidia.com/download/driverResults.aspx/70187/en-us

While installing, choose custom and deselect everything except "Nvidia Display Driver" and "Physx". Also put a tick mark on "Perform a clean install"

  cleaninstallnvidia.jpg

4. Set Nvidia as the preferred graphic processor for all applications and games.

To do that, please follow steps 1 to 8 of this guide - http://serato.com/video/support/15693/changing-graphics-card-settings-to-use-your-dedicated-gpu-on-a-windows-computer

5. You should uninstall Asmedia ASM104x USB 3.0 Host Controller Driver from the system. "Windows 8" came with native "USB 3.0" drivers. Installing 'Windows 7 USB 3.0" in it will create serious trouble.

6. Update your SAMSUNG Phone driver.

Current version seems to be old (probably Win 7 version) and may create compatibility issues.

Hi

Unlike other blue screens, STOP 0xc000021a is not an actual BSOD. It simply means a fatal error occurred during boot and Windows doesn't know the reason for the issue. It is very hard to troubleshoot this error as both software and hardware can cause this issue. According to Microsoft, these are the main reasons for this BSOD.

  • Mismatched system files have been installed.
  • A Service Pack installation has failed.
  • A backup program that is used to restore a hard disk did not correctly restore files that may have been in use.
  • An incompatible third-party program has been installed.

Please try running startup repair a couple of times (at least three times) and check whether it helps.

Running hardware diagnostics, especially RAM and HDD is also recommended.

Hi

You can use the Windows installation CD or system repair CD to do the automatic repair. If you don't have an install disc, create a repair CD/USB from another working "Windows 8.1" machine (friend/family) and run the repair.

http://www.eightforums.com/tutorials/2855-system-repair-disc-create-windows-8-a.html

If running "Automatic system repair" multiple times can't solve the issue, you can try other recovery options like system restore, refresh operation etc.
