Recently, I posed a problem that I am havina with my computer in that it hesitate, staccato movements, and freezes. I just recently rethought things that happened in the past few months. I had occasion to have to reinstall my windows 7 operating system without giving any thought to doing something with my wireless modem., I just didn't think about it (what the hell do you want, I'm 80 yrs old). Should I have to reinstall the wireless mode?

LOL...I'm planning on getting to be 80 but I still have a long way to go...so be proud that you are succeeding in the process of what we call living :).

I don't know anything about wireless...but I do know that a reinstall of Windows may requrie reinstalling drivers.  I say "may" because if you have an OEM (HP, Lenovo, etc.) system and used a restore/recovery feature to do the install...the drivers for the components will be included in the install (I think).  If the system is self-built, then the motherboard drivers CD would have to be used to get everything functioning as it should.
