I have a computer with XP that has antivirus security pro virus on it  and I have read the removal guide, but i am unable to get windows to stay in safe mode. as soon as it loads in safe mode windows then it begins to shutdown to reboot.  my question is, is there another way to remove this malware? I have ran Rkill about five times  in normal mode, it has yet to kill the virus processes so that i may run malwarebytes. thanks
