It looks like most people who have paid the ransom get a response back within a couple of hours and then the decryption process begins. I paid with a Moneypak and it still says payment is processing (14-15 hours later). I know it says it can take up to 2 business days to process but that doesn't appear to be the norm. I went to the link provided on the wallpaper and uploaded an encrypted file for their server to match up with my key. It found the match but now says time has expired and to pay the 4 bitcoins to retrieve the private key. Also, I paid the $300 within the 72 hour time frame but am now concerned that this hang up on the payment processing will jeopardize me getting my files decrypted. I won't pay the increased amount.

A repository of all current knowledge regarding Cryptolocker is provided by Grinler (aka Lawrence Abrams), in this tutorial: CryptoLocker Ransomware Information Guide and FAQ

There is also a lengthy ongoing discussion in this topic: Cryptolocker Hijack program.

Since this infection is so widespread, rather than have everyone start individual topics, it would be best (and more manageable for staff) if you posted any questions or comments in that thread.
