what are the apps that can be used to create ringtones for android phones? i am having mp3 cutter but its not working properly on my android phone. need some recommendations.

I suggest Ringtone Maker Pro from PerfectionHolic Apps. I'm using it only my Samsung Galaxy Note 2 and Note 3 and it's so far so good.
