The subject has taken over my computer completely by blocking any attempt I make to remove it.  I have tried to download  Superantispyware and it was blocked from being able to open it.  I also tried winzip anti spyware and it did the same.

I attempted the manual procedure and followed it very carefully but to no avail, I was not able to anything, everything was blocked.

The file name for this malware is "Level Quality Watcher".

Hello -

SUPERAntiSpyware is only a minor item used to find some types of infections.

Are you able to download any of these programs (without doing system restore)

Download Screen317 Security Check and save it to your Desktop.
* Double-click SecurityCheck.exe
* Follow the onscreen instructions inside of the black box.
* A Notepad document should open automatically called checkup.txt
* Please post the contents of that document.

Please download MiniToolBox and run it.
Checkmark following boxes:
* Report IE Proxy Settings
* Report FF Proxy Settings
* List content of Hosts
* List IP configuration
* List Winsock Entries
* List last 10 Event Viewer log
* List Installed Programs
* List Devices (do NOT change any settings here)
* List Users, Partitions and Memory size

Close any Firefox browsers prior to using
Click Go and post the result. (result.txt)

Thank You -

If this is the only or even the main problem you can find and remove some of it.

You hane not listed an operating system yet, but from XP to Win7 it is the same -

Go Start > Programs > Accessories > Windows Explorer > Look for C:\Program Files\Level Quality Watcher

This is the normal area where you can Right click > Delete and then  start the scans -

Thank You -
