My Toshiba satellite C655...was recently factory reset by a friend of mine. She had her smart phone attached by a USB while trying to restore or reboot. Now it shows this error. I can get the advanced boot options. gotten boot\ members.exe.....I tried avanquest fix it utilities.system suite. But my buddy was helping me and shut it down with ou.t running a chkdsk. Now I can access that and it takes me to that error still....I had installed mypcbackup also. Said that infect my computer with a virus?

I noticed it said the time was 2 am???? When I performed this from my android... its 8:24 pm
