I have laptop

AMD A4-5000 APU with Radeon ™ graphics 1.50GHz

I just received Call of duty ghost as a gift but minimum system requirements are:

Processor: Intel Core 2 duo E8200 2.66GHz or AMD Phenom X3 87502.4 GHz or better
Memory: 6GB RAM
Video card: NVIDIA GeForce GTS 450/ATI Radeon HD 5870

What should i change in my computer to play and for what. I need quite cheap stuff to replace becouse to be honest with you I just bought this laptop and becouse I don't have any knowledge about computers I thought it will work. Can you please help? Thank you

Theoretically, your CPU should work, however, notebook components are known to be at the low end.  The graphics card is also integrated with the CPU and is also low end.  It cannot run many modern games at anything other than "Low" settings.  Unfortunately, there isn't anything you can do to make it go faster as laptops lack the upgradability of desktop PC's.

There is a slight chance you might be able to play it but on low graphics settings and at the lowest resolution to get a playable experience. This site gives a rough indicator to what games the integrated graphics can run.
