It would assume that you have a wireless router and it is set up. If you do not have a wireless router, then you need to get one.

Do you have a router, and if so what is the model number?

Look on the router to see if you can locate a model number so you can provide that.

What does the little quick setup guide say about the router for a model number it should be on the same piece of paper that listed the serial number.

Hello wickerman, let me try to help you with your question.

1. According to this video: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=clvoiXUaOMw (check especially at min 3:09) when you setup the HUDL for the first time it asks you to join  a "wifi" network. If you already have a wifi network setup in your house, it will appear on the list and you just need to select it and then add the password as you see in the video. If you don't have a wifi network setup you will need to set it up first.

2. Also, according to the info you provided for your router (Sky Sagem 2504n), it seems that is wifi capable. Usually when the provider does the installation they setup the "wifi network" and then they provide you the name and password so you can connect all your wifi devices like phones, tablets, laptops, etc. If your provider never setup the "wifi network" in your router then you will need to either call them to do it or do it yourself.

Hope this can help you.
