I just went through the list, for the first time, of all the content on this site looking for where I could post a set of powerline adapters I have that I no longer use and will sell...

To my surprise, I couldn't find this section???

This subject has come up numerous times over the years. For the sake of continuity I'll quote myself from 2009

This suggestion has been made several times, by members and staff alike. The difficulty I personally see is dealing with conflicts between parties. Even if we make disclaimers that we are not responsible or involved. Disgruntled buyers will associate us with the transaction, regardless. I am not willing to put BC's reputation on the line when we have no control over private transactions.

At this time we have more urgent forum issues to deal with and manage. This is not to say this will never happen. It just isn't a priority in the foreseeable future. As well as there are numerous legal and forum management hurdles to overcome.

The Internet is so big, so powerful and pointless that for some people it is a complete substitute for life.
Andrew Brown (1938-1994)

A learning experience is one of those things that say, "You know that thing you just did? Don't do that." Douglas Adams (1952-2001)

Here's my take on it.  This is Bleeping Computer HELP Forums. It is NOT Bleeping Computer Help Forum and Classified Ads.

Donate them to a computer school...in my area, they love to get their hands on stuff like that to learn off of without worrying about damaging someone's system.
