Custom Labels - Rows Limited to 5 - But Have Sheet of 10

Trying to use OOo Writer to create/populate a sheet of labels (labels are NOT Avery ... some are Hallmarks, some Dayspring...) . Have reviewed OOo Writer Help but it is lacking in details (even as a previous programmer it confusing).

 

In the Format dialog, the # of rows is limited to 5, but the sheets I have are 10 rows/3 columns ... and

 

Save puts it where?
