Hello allisawwas and welcome to Bleeping Computer :welcome:
First thing you want to do is read the information provided at this link: http://www.bleepingcomputer.com/forums/t/250928/instructions-for-posting-advice-in-am-i-infected/

After you have read that information, you should go to this link and create a new topic: http://www.bleepingcomputer.com/forums/f/103/am-i-infected-what-do-i-do/ put in the topic title something that relates best for your current issue and explain as best as you can what is wrong in the reply box, then post it when you are finished.

When someone has time to get to your topic and knows how to fix your malware problem, they will reply back to you.

Please be patient, as there are a lot of other people like yourself who are in need of experienced help removing malware from their computer.

Best of luck to you.
