I'm 70 yoa and have not a techy bone in my frail body/mind!  I've already been through the FBI ransomware catastrophe, and am fearing the newer cryptolocker one.  When I have an issue, I have a friend who can usually help me, but hate to bother her.  She does this for a living and I hate to take up her time if I can do it myself through this forum.  Just trying to give everyone a "heads-up" that I might end up being a real pain.  One thing I should stress ~ if there are 10 steps to resolving a problem, with me, you  have to start with step 1 ~ and not assume that any fool knows steps 1-5!  I so very much appreciate sites like this that attempt to help those of us who have not a clue!  k

Well, I read it all.  Can't say that I necessarily understand it.  I'll just continue to try to be diligent about my browsing habits and sites.  Maybe they need to get the firm who set up the Obamacare site to find a fix for it!  Thanks, Boopme!
