I have windows 7 home premium 64-bit.

I have IE 10

I could not download java updates.  I also could not download another program.  I believe I have the Trojan ZeroAccess. problem.

I will get messages like "program contained a virus and was deleted.

I also have McAfee anti-virus program.  I cannot enable the firewall. I cannot enable windows firewall

IE 10 will not let me remove add-ons and change things.  I cannot click buttons on some webpages when navigating.

I have been reading posts.  I am afraid to run ComboFix myself.  Can you please guide me through it? or Tell me the best thing to do?

Thank you in advance for your help.

PS I have already  changed the name of WIndows Defender folder so that I could do activity on IE.  I also made the files from the DDL progam.

G'day dbaker and Welcome to BC   :welcome:

Please Do Not run Combofix.

Explain why you think Zero Access is on your PC....What led you to this conclusion ?

If you made the DDS log then we need you to start a new topic and post it here.
