Total Mess - Need Help - What's the Problem?

First thing first. Take the gfx card out and sound card and see if the system boots, use the onbaord vga if it has one. If that boots then uninstall the drivers for both cards sound/gfx and restart. Then add the gfx card back and see how that goes but dont use the over clock function with catalyst, let me know thw results mate.
