G/Day to you all again I have a new computer Dell Inspiron 660 which came with onboard Win 8 nothing but trouble and after 4 weeks of sheer hell I have manged to get it upgraded to Windows 8.1 afrerreinstalling Via Disc that Dell sent out after Windows 8 Locked me out of the Logging Page and refused to accept the same Login key i have beenn useing for 5 years. Trouble is It came with MC Vee paid for on it and when I disthe Reinstall before I realised that Mac Vee had gone forever I was Smashed her is the List I know of

Snapdo has hijacked and wrecked Both IEx and Mozilla Firefox browsers I use FF allways so its an issue I cannot set either Browaser as Default every time I do it comes up qas incorrorrect

I cannot Upgrade to Latest Firefox it says Its the MFF "Upgrade" but its not" its and old version and when I open it-It says Upgrade and when I go to that "Upgrade Page" it says you areall ready using the Latest version ..Not so

I Manged to install MWMBS and ran it yesterday and it found 29 problems

I instaslled YAC and its working I tried to reinstall my Avarst that all crashed but it keeps popping up and blocking programs even after I removed it with Revo I don't know where is comming from???

AdFly has been popping into FF and many other pages, I delete it from the Adress bar but its still there next time!

 

So I know I am poisoned and to have it happen on a New computer has made me sure iwill never go near windows Again I have never seen anything so badly thought out THe accounts it wants you topen then Blocks is not only the main issue its alson only so you will sign up for their Email, Photos,Files and Downloads and forced onto the Hapless public. Okay guys I have had a little rant Lokking Forward to your help as all-ways :clapping:  Dasha :thumbup2:

  • If you have not done so already, include a clear description of the problems you're having, along with any steps you may have performed so far.
  • A new DDS log. For your convenience, you will find the instructions for generating these logs repeated at the bottom of this post.
    • Please do this even if you have previously posted logs for us.
    • If you were unable to produce the logs originally please try once more.
    • If you are unable to create a log please provide detailed information about your installed Windows Operating System including the Version, Edition and if it is a 32bit or a 64bit system.
    • If you are unsure about any of these characteristics just post what you can and we will guide you.
  • Please tell us if you have your original Windows CD/DVD available.
  • Upon completing the above steps and posting a reply, another staff member will review your topic and do their best to resolve your issues.

We need to see some information about what is happening in your machine. Please perform the following scan again:

  • Download DDS by sUBs from the following link if you no longer have it available and save it to your destop.

    DDS.com Download Link
  • Double click on the DDS icon, allow it to run.
  • A small box will open, with an explanation about the tool. No input is needed, the scan is running.
  • Notepad will open with the results.
  • Follow the instructions that pop up for posting the results.
  • Close the program window, and delete the program from your desktop.
Please note: You may have to disable any script protection running if the scan fails to run. After downloading the tool, disconnect from the internet and disable all antivirus protection. Run the scan, enable your A/V and reconnect to the internet.
