I followed all instructions for manual removal and was told to look for a number of files in the windows\system32 folder. I found none of the suggested entries. they included stickrep.dll, suprox.dll, xenadot.dll, sivudro.dll. None were present and the instructions told me to post this message.

The self-help guide for SpywareQuake advises

If you are still having problems with spyware after completing these instructions, then please follow the steps outlined in the topic linked below:

Preparation Guide For Use Before Posting A Hijackthis Log.

Not all the bad .dll files listed are always present. Are you still having indications of SpywareQuake present on your system? If your still having problems then read that and post a log in the HijackThis Logs and Analysis Forum, not here, for assistance by the HJT Team Experts.
