Hi
I have done everything as instructed and am now at the point where I have a "hijack this log" I tried to cut and paste the file here but am I supposed to open it first and then cut and paste it? The problem with my computet for example if I try to go to "My Ebay" on Ebay it will not go to that page and I get a "this page cannot be displayed notice"
Please let me know if I can forward the log to you. Or if I should cut and paste the whole opened file version.
I am quite desperate to quit this problem and feel it is fixable.
Thank you
Joann (user name zaramerch)

just open the hijackthis log.
then click somewhere in the document
then press the two buttons (control+ A) to select the whole text
then press the two buttons (control+ C) to copy the whole text
then go to this topic and press the add reply button
click once in the textfield where you want to post your message
then press the two buttons (control+ V) to paste the whole text in your answer

I'm sure you can do that
