No it not possible, as the software may not be compatible with Windows XP.

Can you provide a list of software that is currently in use on the Windows 95 Installation, so we can look it up on the internet, and determine if you need to buy new software.

Also the reason why your Windows 95 system is not booting up, is because Windows 95 is unaware of the newer hardware, and likely there are no drivers for the new hardware for Windows 95. However, can you please provide the model number for the Motherboard. Also can you provide the CPU model number as well.

You will defintely need to find a way to purchase new programming software, or provide me a link to the software as I am sure its still on the net for reference. Your new system will be incompatible with Windows 95, Windows 98, Windows ME, and potentially Windows 2000.

There is no way to copy the install entire application over.

Might I ask if you have a backup image of the hard drive containing the Windows 95 installation and CNC machine software? If not, I think it would be very important to use suitable imaging software to create an image that can be restored if any attempts to accommodate new hardware alter the original functioning configuration. Otherwise if you have to resort to finding equivalent used hardware to run on, you might find the installation has been corrupted by attempts get it to run on different hardware or upgrade it, and then it may no longer operate on an equivalent original system.
