Had a bad malware infection.  Ran a multitude of programs including MBAM, ADWCleaner, Junkware Removal Tool, ESET Online Scanner, Minitoolbox and the tweaking.com windows all in one program.  I can produce all logs upon request.  I just need to know where to find them.  All of the programs found numerous files.  Many Trojans.  The computer is running pretty good but there seems to be one lingering problem. In Internet Explorer (Windows 8), Facebook won't load completely.  No images load.  Only text and links.  Can someone help me?

Hi mercuryrsng

Sorry for the delay in response to your thread.

Ran a multitude of programs including MBAM, ADWCleaner, Junkware Removal Tool

2 reports should give us a good indication:

Start Malwarebytes AntiMalware.
Click on the logs tab.
The logs are date stamped ... double click on the log that showed the infection items.

mbamlog.png

It'll open in notepad.

Please copy/paste the report in your next reply.

With ADWCleaner, did you run just the scan or did you run a scan and then clean the items?
A copy of that logfile will also be saved in the C:\AdwCleaner folder.
If you ran the clean option, the report will look similar to this:
AdwCleaner[S0].txt

Please post the 2 reports in your next reply.

Thanks
