C:\Windows\ServiceProfiles\LocalService|AppData\Local\~FontCache-FontFace.dat

C:\Windows\ServiceProfiles\LocalService|AppData\Local\~FontCache-System.dat

Is it normal I would be denied access, or not be able to delete these files using Revo Pro Junk file remover? Revo says they can't be deleted because they are in use by Windows or another program that can't be deleted now. I have tried with admin rights as well as with regular acct.

These files hold the font cache on your system. They should not be touched unless you are having problems with fonts display.

Romeo29 is correct in that there is no need to delete the cached files unless you are having a problem related to them.

See info in link below for how to delete them manually.

.........The font cache may become corrupted for a variety of reasons, including disk errors and viruses. You can repair a corrupted font cache by deleting it, causing the operating system to rebuild it on the next restart..........
