We have Norton 360 on our work computer and yesterday, when I got to it, someone had run a scan. It had found the Trojan Maljava and couldn't remove it and kept trying to rescan to fully resolve the problem. Finally after restarting the computer, the scan finished and said that it fully resolved the problem and to restart the computer. When you go to restart the computer, (running Windows XP) it just hangs on the screen saying "Saving settings" and won't fully shut down or restart. I can manually power it down and then restart it in safe mode, which I then ran scans in and it came back clean but whenever I try to boot normally, after getting to the home screen, it will freeze. I cannot bring up Norton at all. I tried to remove Norton and reinstall but same thing happens. It seemed to run ok without Norton so I don't know what it is. Any help would be great.
