Missing files keep popping up in 1 user account?

ok thats weird i dont know why but this thing happening only in 1 user account i have 3 accounts and im writing from other one

 

when i enter this user account messages star popping up like

cannotopen.jpg

 

This not actual image there's no way i cant take a screen shot of actual error box

 

note: these boxes poping up at rate of 50.000 or more per second! that i cant even move my mouse on that account

 

Please Help i dont know why this happening only in 1 user account?

 

Searched with AVG internet security : done - not works

used ccleaner registry fix : done - not works

 

windows 7 32 bit / intel core duo 1.80 GHZ , ATI radeon HD 7770 , 3 GB ram

problem solved deleted this account and recreated it with the files i backup ed before
