BSOD - 3 Types, ALL "ntoskrnl.exe"

Hi, i'm having almost daily BSOD,

SYSTEM_SERVICE_EXCEPTION

KMODE_EXCEPTION_NOT_HANDLED

DRIVER_IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL

 

 

my configs

 

GIGABYTE z87M-d3h (on F8 BIOS), just activated XMP and disable ONBOARD GRAPHICS (BSODs occours with they inactivated too)

I5 4670k @stock

SAPPHIRE VAPOR-X R9 280x

4x4GB DDR3 G.SKILL ARES

SSD for System (SAMSUNG PRO 840 - 120GB)

and a HD for files (SEAGATE 2TB)

 

temps CPU and VGA are OK

 

Already tested my memory with memtest86+

no errors at all.

(NTFS_FILE_SYSTEM)

Another one with "ntoskrnl.exe" + "ntfs.sys"

and a SYSTEM_THREAD_EXCEPTION_NOT_HANDLED

blamming "atikmdag.sys"

And all conf runned just fine...
