I've lurked on these forums many times and usually found the appropriate course of action from the knowledgeable administrators here. My latest is driving me crazy though.

I have been getting redirects with Chrome, although not IE. But I also suddenly started getting Media Usage Rights Acquisition alerts and cannot play most wma files from rhapsody because of it. I have a feeling things are related, as I have tried every troubleshooting option from Rhapsody and Microsoft.

I am running XP

I would really appreciate any advice. Thank you.

Lets first see if it's a bad add-on in Chrome.

See if there is one or more you do not recognize or disable them one by one to find the offender.

Thank you. I followed the steps and all seems good at first look. I also tried to play a few tracks and they played as well.

Thanks again for the quick fix.
