I recently bought a wireless printer HP DESKJET 3050A all in one J611 series, to use with my laptop and desktop PC.  Everything works fine with the laptop but with the  desktop, when I try to open the HP Photo Creations software that came with the printer to print my photos I get the above error message.  I have uninstalled and re installed it a number of times and even tried downloading it from internet but the same thing happened.  I also downloaded Windows Photo Gallery but got the same message when I tried to open it.  The problem seem to be with my pc rather than with the software.

Any ideas anyone.

Moderator Edit: Moved from External Hardware to Windows 7 forum

Appears to be a Windows Problem and not a hardware problem
