Dell XPS 400   Windows XP

I have run CCleaner, Disk Cleanup, cleared cookies and cache. I have tried to run Malwarebytes but won't let me, blue screen comes up after about 3 to 4 minutes, shuts down windows and restarts. Tried to run HijackThis but same thing, won't let me, freezes up.

I posted a while back but failed to have follow up after first response.

Thank You

Didn't show blue screen this time just froze at 2 minutes 15 objects found. I manually turned it off but now will not open Malwarebytes so will be a few minutes.
