                       How can we knew that  Website is Genuine or Spammy?

What do you mean "Spammy"?

Look for the WOT (Web of Trust) add-on for your browser of choice and install it. It'll put a green (good) yellow (Questionable) an red (dangerous) circles beside each search result to help you know. This is not 100% accurate of course but I never go to anything but green. Whatever info on a yellow or red website can also be found  on a safe site.
