I reviewed the logs you posted in the Virus, Trojan, Spyware, and Malware Removal Logs forum which was just closed after Fastwalker provided assistance.

I noted you have K-Lite Codec Pack 8.1.0 (Full) installed. This codec includes FFDShow as part of the installation package and cannot be removed unless you uninstall K-Lite. FFDShow is used when playing video files like MP4, MPEG and DIVX. It appears as needed in the system tray, then disappears...this is normal. You can customize the Notifications settings to always hide it which is what I do since I also use K-Lite.

What Is the FFDShow Recorder

If you were the victim of an Internet scam, fraud, hacking or identity theft, banking and credit card institutions should be notified immediately of the possible security breach. If your computer was used for online banking, has credit card information or other sensitive data on it, all passwords should be changed immediately to include those used for banking, taxes, email, eBay, paypal and any online activities which require a username and password. You should consider them to be compromised.

You should also file a report with your local law enforcement agency which most likely will have a Cyber Unit specializing in tracking down hackers and prosecuting them. Failure to notify your financial institution and local law enforcement may result in the bank refusing to reimburse funds lost due to fraud and similar criminal activity.

For more detailed instructions as to what you should do, please read:

I would need more information. What makes you think it is not working correctly?

Does it run?
Does it scan?
Does it complete a scan?
Are there any error messages?
