Split from http://www.bleepingcomputer.com/forums/t/481048/external-drive-showing-raw-data-after-removal-without-ejecting/ j- Hamluis.

So i followed the steps. I'm on the part where:

"Lets look at the data on that partition press
and you should see a list of files/folders in the partition."

However, in my case i already saw my files and folders at this point, not some diagnostic tools.

Do i still have to deep search?

So i skip the deep search and continue to the "write" part. However, it didn't asked me automatically to BACKUP BS. So i have to it manually. Once there, it says that both boot sector and backup boot sector are ok. But when i restarted the computer and check if it works perfect now, it's still not working well.

What to do?
