Stuck in the Mud

Running standard MBAM but I'm stuck after an hour in some Skype-related, program data file with four other hits already showing. What can I use when Malaware Bytes won't respond?  Thanks.

Just open Task Manager and end the Malwarebytes process to terminate it. Then try running it again after rebooting in safe mode.
