HP Pavilion G7 Laptop.

Win 7 Home Edition

64 bit

MSE not working.

Can not uninstall.

Can not run.

 

Ran Malware Bytes - removed 4 items

 

Ran rkill - says exhibiting signs of zeroaccess rootkit.

 

I haven't visited for quite a while - but looks like its time for some help.

Hi ch51 -

Please follow the instructions in THIS PREP GUIDE starting at Step #6.

If you cannot complete a step, skip it and continue.

 

Post a new topic with the DDS logs and a brief description of the problem.

 

The Experts have a wait time of about a day, so please be patient ..........
