Hello all, every time I try to download something , I receive a message "Failed-Virus scan failed". It just drives me crazy. What is this message and how can I correct it so I can download? I do have Windows Vista. Thank you

What sort of anti-virus are you using?

Thank you Louis and Sen. Mem. I have Norton anti virus. Louis, when I log on that page thats when I don't know what to do. Thank you

What browser are you using, and have you tried disabling Norton (right-click the tray icon for Norton and one should be disable Norton) whilst downloading?
