I have Bing set as my home page.  Bing no longer displays, this is what is displayed in the address bar: http://www.bing.com/cgi-bin/redirect.ha.  Any clues?  I have AT&T as an internet provider.  Over a month ago, they had an outage and ever since then, I cannot connect to Bing, but only in IE 10.

Sounds like your setting has buggered up, reset your home page with the correct address. (in the options panel like you first set it)

If it won't do it reset your browser then it should work. Doing this you can lose saved passwords/settings/addons though, so be aware of this.
