  • I'm not computer savvy and only have this small Samsung notebook with Windows 7 with an Intel processor. Is that what you mean?

Do you have Windows Live Essentials on your computer?

msmngr.exe is associated with Windows Messenger. wlidcli.dll is a Windows Live Essentials file.

You can, if WLE, is installed on your computer uninstall the Messenger portion to see if the error goes away. If not, you can then go back and uninstall then other components.

If you use any of the WLE programs it can reinstalled.
