Hello smitsc -

Well these are their directions and contacts to try, then we can use other tools -

To remove Sendori:
    1.    Go to the your computer’s Settings and then Control Panel
    2.    Click on Add or Remove Programs (or Programs and Features)
    3.    Select “Sendori” and click on the “Uninstall/Change/Remove” button
    4.    When prompted, click on the “Uninstall” button
    5.    The uninstaller will remove Sendori from your system ??

They also list contact us at support@sendori.com.

http://support.sendori.com/entries/24095683-How-do-I-remove-turn-off-or-uninstall-Sendori-

Is this listed in your Programs and Features area or where is it listed ?

There are several of these types of "Take Over" type of programs out there ..........

If all else fails, please post back and we will try an Uninstalling program.

Thank You -

Those steps didn't work, I tried that first
Actually got them to reply to my support request and after a bit of a struggle they called me on a VOIP connection. They wanted to directly access my computer (join.me) but they wouldn't give their name, address or phone number, very sleazy! We went thru alot of different stuff, registry and special uninstall pgms and finally got it removed from all three browsers (IE, firefox & chrome). Towards the end alot of the problems were latency and browser cache. Contacted a law firm about a class action suit (you know how litigious we are here in the US) or at least a social media campaign. What are some of the other "Take over" programs you're aware of? Do you consider WAJAM in that category?
Thanks for the reply
SS

Hi -

WAJAM are 1 of about 10 similar programs that are just scams (at best).

Once they get in, it is oftem hard to remove them.........

Very Important => Can you "see" the sendori program listed in Programs and Features or other places ?

Can you open Programs > Accessories > Windows Explorer > Computer > Program Files > and see Sendori or any similar named program there at all ??

If you can, this is the best (most simple) place to remove it from.

Please, just look around in there for a moment

Thanks -

Still finding out more about this company, and it is all over the internet.

Download MiniToolBox, Save it to your desktop to run it.
Close any Firefox browsers you may have open
Checkmark the following boxes:
•Flush DNS
•Report IE Proxy Settings
•Reset IE Proxy Settings
•Report FF Proxy Settings
•Reset FF Proxy Settings
•List content of Hosts
•List IP configuration
•List last 10 Event Viewer log
•List Installed Programs
Click Go and copy / paste the result (Result.txt).

Next -

We may be able to kill the process from inside ........

Download Autoruns in Zip file.
Extract and launch autoruns.exe
Allow the scan to fully finish. This may take up to 4 or 5 minutes.

Next click on FILE > SAVE

Use the Filename:Autoruns.txt

Save as type :Text . Save to desktop

Copy and paste the log back here - It will be a big log, so "split it" over 2 posts if needed -

Thanks -

I thought I had this solved dealing directly with Sendori reps last Tuesday, now my IE is infected again but Firefox & chrome are OK.

Not sure what I'm going to do, I can't waste another day dealing with these ButtPirates!

I think I'll give it another couple days hoping it's latency and browser cache.

Thanks for your interest I just can't waste time thinking about this

A recent reply from them

If you are still having issues, please provide us your contact information and will be more than happy to help you uninstall with your cooperation. Once again I can assure you that we do store any personal information and Sendori is Scam, its an adware program.

Latest instructions today -

1. Download the attached file (Uninstall.zip). It's a new uninstaller.
2. Unzip the file and place the uninstaller.exe in the Sendori folder - If asked to REPLACE current file, say YES!
Windows XP/Vista: C:\Program Files\Sendori
Windows 7: C:\Program Files (x86)\Sendori
3. Go to Control Panel -> Add/Remove Programs (Windows 7: Uninstall a program)
4. Find the Sendori app and click on Uninstall
5. After the uninstaller process finishes, make sure to reboot your computer
