Yes, I know AOL is not very good to begin with. But its what I have to work with right now. Anyway, I just bought a new computer yesterday. And since the SP 2 comes installed on it, AOL has a patch that fixes connection speeds and random disconnections.. I went to download tihs patch because it gives you an auto pop up to do so. Well the download screwed up and now AOL thinks I have the patch, but still disconnects and has slow DL speeds.

I'm Running AOL cable broadband through Time warner. Can Someone link me to the location of this patch? or possibly tell me how I can fix this on my own?

You could use System Restore and rewind the clock to a point before installing the patch, but after installing AOL (it will sayon the restore point) and then AOL will prompt you to install it again!
