i install norton then use eraser and the virus i have they cant get it off my netbook


what virus removal software better than norton possibly free should i use plz?

I suggest you start a new thread on the Virus, Trojan, Spyware, and Malware Removal Logs section you will get help from a Malware specialist.

Before you post please read Preparation Guide For Use Before Using Malware Removal Tools and Requesting Help starting from Step 6.
