I Installed new software for my headset from http://www.corsair.com/vengeance-1500-dolby-7-1-usb-gaming-headset.html

And I have installed it correctly but when I try and open the control panel for the headset it will not open.

I can see the process running in task manager and when I end it and restart the program I can see the layout of the corsair vengeance control panel flash white for less then half a second and then it disappears\closes immediately. I can see the "Corsair Headset Control Panel" icon in my task tray but even when I double click that it does not work. If i right click the icon in the tray the 2 options "Restore" and "Information" are greyed out and I am only able to click "Exit".

I don't know why it wont open or what is stopping it from working. I have reinstalled the software atleast 8 times although it always leads to the same problem :(

I have Windows 7 Proffesion 32bit OS

Condobloke ...Outback Australian  fed up with Windows antics...??....LINUX IS THE ANSWER....I USE LINUX MINT 18.3  EXCLUSIVELY.
