I am cleaning up after another person in the office attempted to clean

I have run malwarebytes and removed 438 +/- issues have also run multiple avast Boot scans and after startup it finds this error "Win32:expiro-ct" and wants to do another boot scan During the boot scan there are 3-4 files that it can not delete or quarantine and I have to ignore them to move on.

I am not able to load any print drivers

When trying to re-install adobe acrobat I get the error "Windows Installer is not correctly installed"
