Do you get these warnings with all browsers or is it just specific to the browser most often used? Do you have latest versions installed?

I use IE...I regard these website messages (they only occur at certain websites) as a collaboration between that site developer and whichever browser they try to shove down my throat (usually Chrome or Mozilla)...I place these "need to upgrade" messages in the same arena I place downloads with hidden toolbars included.

A "lot of places" is a little vague...named websites would provide members the opportunity test accessibility at that site.
